The Ministry of Education Department of Adult Education together with the Ministry of Aliyah and Integration, offers ulpan programs for learning Hebrew throughout the country. In addition, the Ministry of Aliyah offers an additional option for learning Hebrew at private educational institutions by issuing vouchers for eligible new immigrants.
